Anthony Bagileo

Anthony Bagileo is a Knights of Columbus Field Agent with the M. Stice Agency, serving brother Knights and their families in Adams County, Pennsylvania. Anthony has been a member of the Knights of Columbus since 2024 and became a Field Agent for the Order in 2026.

When asked why he became a Field Agent, Anthony said, “After a decade-long career in public safety, I knew God was calling me to a different kind of service. I became a Field Agent to have the opportunity to put God first in my work, as He has always been first in everything else. I went into public safety/policing because I wanted to help people and make the areas I served a safer place. While I won’t now be providing physical protection, I will be able to provide financial protection, as well as spiritual protection while helping families pray and discern for them the proper coverage offered to them by the K of C.”

Originally from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Anthony earned an associate degree in general studies from Howard Community College, and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with an emphasis in criminal justice from The Catholic University of America. After that he entered the Consortium of Universities of the Metropolitan Area. He received his basic law enforcement certification, graduating third in his class. Anthony holds multiple certifications in policing ranging from crisis management to a certified police cyclist.

Prior to becoming a Field Agent, Anthony served as a Master Police Officer at the Georgetown University Police department. After that he go into security management and served as the Director of Security as Howard Community Department of Public Safety and the Director of Public safety at the Mall in Columbia as well. He concurrently served as a contract investigator with the Department of Defense.

Anthony has been married to his wife, Amanda, since 2022. Amanda is a stay-at-home mom for their three children. Before the transition to parenthood, Amanda was a licensed mental health therapist specializing in adult trauma. Anthony and Amanda hope to keep their family growing. Anthony and Amanda are parishioners at St. Aloysius Gonzaga Parish in Littlestown, PA where Anthony is an active member of council 17784. Anthony has volunteered at multiple events including breakfast with St. Nick and the parish potluck.

In his spare time, Anthony enjoys lifting weights, running, and reading. On clear days, he also enjoys clay and target shooting as well as spending time outdoors with his wife and three children.

When asked what he hopes to achieve for his members, Anthony said, “I have always wanted a career that matters and is important. I knew early on in my life that God was calling me to service. For the first decade of my professional life, which was public safety. But after deepening my prayer life and relationship with Jesus, I came to understand that He was calling me to a different kind of service. I was yearning for a job that was centered around my faith, which is everything to me. By being a field agent with the KofC, I can utilize my skills while also living out my faith actively in my professional life. In most basic words, I hope to help catholic families, and guide their discernment from God to make good financial decisions for their

future, or for their kids. I plan to do this by keeping God at the center and asking Him for his guidance and wisdom when assisting clients and helping them make decisions.”
